Moving from another service

If your current prison call service is ending, you can move forward with us.

If your existing prison call telephone service is coming to an end, you can set up a new account with us.

Cheapest Prison Calls is operated by Connect Direct Telecom Ltd. We are a separate legal company and your previous service, contract, and payment subscription will not automatically transfer to us.

Keep your existing number

You may be able to request the transfer of your existing telephone number.

Select Keep My Existing Number when setting up your account and provide the requested number details.

Do not cancel your existing number before we confirm whether a transfer is possible.

Set up a new number

You can choose Set Up a New Number and we will guide you through the next steps after registration.

This is the simplest route if you are starting fresh or do not need to keep a previous number.
